Kidzone
Because children are highly valued by Jesus, we value
them too! Kidzone is an interactive service available to
children ages 4 through 11. Kidzone starts directly after
the worship segment of our 10am Sunday service. Kidzone
consists of a message, worship, “soaking” prayer, and many
other fun activities!
Our theme, “Training for Reigning”, is our ultimate goal
for each child. Just like adult believers, children are
being equipped with Kingdom values and tools to rule and
reign with King Jesus in the Kingdom of God. We believe that
children are no different than adult believers in ability to
do the works of the Kingdom and we teach that the same Holy
Spirit that lives in their parents also lives in them!
BabyZone
We are privileged to minister to your child in BabyZone at
James River Church! BabyZone is designed to introduce the
Love of Jesus to children under 4 years old. We aim to
provide a clean, safe and nurturing environment for your
children. We sing songs, read Bible stories, pray, and play
together. All of our children’s workers are carefully
screened to ensure the safety of the children. We also have
a two person accountability policy where there will always
be two adults in the Kids Ministry area. BabyZone is a fun,
peaceful and happy time for the babies and adults. We are
excited to love the youngest ones and share Father God’s
love with them!
 Dear Parents,
I am excited about how God is moving in the children at
James River Church! In the summer of 2007, I asked the Lord
how I can help bring the Kingdom of God to the city of
Huron. I felt like He clearly said to me, “Raise a
generation who loves me”. As soon as He said this to me, my
heart melted for children’s ministry and the Father filled
me with love and vision for the next generation of
believers.
