Prayer Gatherings

We believe that the most important activity believers
must do is to cultivate a spirit of prayer on their lives,
both privately and corporately. As the church in a given
city is fulfills its mandate as a house of prayer, that city
will become a dwelling place for God’s manifest Presence and
power, receive blessing from the Lord, and see a harvest of
people converted to faith in Christ. All of our prayer
meetings are open to believers from any church. We would
love to have you join with us as we draw near to God and
contend for His Kingdom to come on earth as it is in Heaven.
Friday Night Prayer Meeting
Join us every Friday night from 6-10pm as we pray
together. This is our primary prayer meeting of the week.
Feel free to come for the entire meeting or simply come for
a portion of the time. Childcare is available beginning at
7pm for those with young children. Our schedule is as
follows: 6:00-7:15 (Personal prayer & worship); 7:15-7:45
(Corporate worship); 7:45-8:30 (Corporate prayer); 8:30-9:00
(Corporate worship); 9:00-10:00 (Corporate Intercessory
Prayer).
Sacred Assemblies
On the first Sunday night of every month we join other
churches in Huron in city-wide prayer gatherings called
sacred assemblies. A Sacred Assembly is a gathering of God’s
people to worship, pray, consecrate ourselves to God,
encounter Him, and seek His blessing. Sacred Assemblies are
prescribed by God in Scripture as a means for a community of
people to receive His grace. When the church in a geographic
area gathers regularly in sacred assemblies, a special grace
from God is released over that geographic area. For more
information on the dates and locations of future Sacred
Assemblies, click on the “Calendar” button at the top of our
homepage. |
